My marriage has seemed to always be up and down. In the last year though, my husband has done things to cause the police to show up at our door 3 times. The first time, he had gotten fired from his job, and had said he wanted to know about his life insurance so the employer called the police thinking he was implying suicide. The second time was about three months ago when the police came because somebody called in saying he was yelling he was going to kill someone. He was very rude to the police and said over and over again that he was the victim. He said he never yelled anything and that someone was out to get him. Then, earlier this week, he called 911 6 times and the non emergency line 5 times arguing with the police about lead in our water causing them to once again come to our house flashing their lights in our windows. We have three young children and the stress of all this caused me to have to get on anti depressents and an anxiety pill to help me sleep because it all made me mentally and physically ill. Yes, over ten years we had our good times but lately he's always angry, yelling at the kids and staying up until 3 4 in the morning playing video games. I asked him to leave but he keeps trying to tell me he's changed, he will never do anything like that again, he wants to go to marriage counseling (now, didn't want to before. Sorry, this is so long but I'm really struggling with this, his parents and him as well think I'm only doing this because I'm seeing someone else. I have never once cheated on him. more

Story 2016, Liberty City. 23 year old Zane Gravelli came to Liberty City to lead the Gambetti Family, after his Grandad, Jon Gravelli died in hospital and his dad, Jon Gravelli, Jr died from a drug overdose. But on the way he accidently knocks someone over with his car and is held in a police cell in the Liberty City Police Department. There he falls asleep and wakes up in the middle of the night with his cell open. He gets in his car and drives towards his grandad's old house which is the Gambetti house, the streets are deserted, some cars on fire, some bodies lying on the street and no sign of life. When he gets to the Gambetti house he finds a man called Sammy Bottino there, who claims he "didn't know where else to go" and "They're dead. They're all dead." Sammy says a disease spead across Liberty City in just a couple of hours and wiped out 98% of the population, but 2% survived, which included Sammy and Zane. Suddenly a bang is heard on the door and it bursts open. A man runs through and jumps on Sammy, killing him almost instantly. Zane grabs a gun on the table which was Sammy's and shoots him in the head, killing him. Zane pulls away the mans hood and finds that the man had pale skin, cuts and bruises, sharp teeth and smaller pupils. Zane realises the horrible truth - it was a zombie, or known as 'The Infected' Now Zane, armed with just a couple of guns, must protect himself, save survivors and most importantly, get out of Liberty City! Gameplay Survivor Mode This has the same gunplay as all other GTA games, with lock on, etc... and the object of the game is to kill zombies which attack you, collect survivors (If you are really having trouble with a group of zombies you can throw a survivor in their way!), do the missions you are told to, get weapons to protect yourself with, save people and save yourself. The zombies will run as fast as the Hobo's did in (which is like a pedestrian run) and will swipe at your with their hands, jump on you or pin you down. After about 5 seconds of pinning you down or jumping on you you will die and end up at the nearest checkpoint or saved point, etc... Zombie Mode OR you could do zombie mode, the same story happens except the zombie who goes into the Gambetti house kills Sammy and then bites Zane and turns him into a zombie. There you and a group of zombies have to track down, chase and kill the remaning survivors in the city. You do not have any guns but your claws and teeth, you can either kill the survivors or infect them. Weapons As said before,when you play as a zombie you can only use there claws and teeth but for the survivors: Fist Knife Baseball Bat Molotiv Cocktail Grenades Flashbangs Pistol Combat Pistol Micro-SMG SMG Pump Shotgun Combat Shotgun Assault Rifle Carbine Rifle Sniper Rifle Combat Sniper RPG Rocket Launcher Pipe Bomb Chainsaw Stubby Shotgun AR-15 Tazer Location The Infected of Liberty City is obviously set in Liberty City and will have all the boroughs from GTA IV: Algonquin Broker Dukes Bohan Alderney Happiness Island Also you can go in the buildings you could go in GTA IV and more, like a bigger supermarket, but the lights won't be on and they will be in ruins a bit (messy, etc...) there could be zombies or survivors inside them. Travelling You will mostly use to get around, but there won't be any driving around, but parked on the side. Some cars will just be on fire and burnt up, but some you will be able to drive in. The survivors who follow you will get in the car you do aswell. All cars and bikes from GTA IV and a couple from CW will be in this. I used to work with this couple. I befriended them when knowone else wanted to be their friends I gave them the benifet of the doubt. . My husband and I tried to help them and have bible studies with them. BOTH of them had (mental issues) and the guy got locked up in the pshyc ward several time YET we where always there for them in support of them and praying for them. The husbdintkept hitting on me. l told him I am NOT LIKE THAT more then once I would NOT tell the woman becuase I knew EITHER WAY she would FREAK OUT. I told HIM I am happily married and dont play that game. . So the man admitted to the wife that he (liked) me and she went ABSOLUTY CRAZY!! She started treating me (horribly) and wickedly. I told her unless she straightened up got proffessional help and turned her life over to the Lord we where done and I dont have to put up with her mess (AFTER TELLING HER TILL I WAS BLUE IN THE FACE I NEVER WOULD WANT HER HUSBAND) I cut her (and him) out of my life. She after comming against me got fired. I told her you keep acting like that God will deal quickly with you. Working with her craziness like this went on for 3 months until she got fired I never spoke to the Husband (again) So for 2 years I worked like that. I did not want some crazy woman at my door. I was VERY tramatized and fear of what she may do to my home or pets. Or the FEAR OF loosing my job becuase she allways wanted to fight. Which I REFUSED to do. I wanted no part of them ever again. I left THAT job and moved on with my life. I have a better job now Anyways today I was at a store I dont normally go to. Deciding on some lipstick and engrossed in which tube I wanted to buy. I hear "How are you doing"? "I said "pretty good how are you"? I DID NOT KNOW WHO IT WAS BEING MY BACK WAS TURNED. As I turned I saw the husband I was shocked and then I quickly and abruptly walked away. I quickly went somewhere and hid until he left the store. I did not know if he brought the crazy woman nor did I want to talk to him becuase in HIS mind he would twist it. So tonight I was Reliving the trama of dealing with THESE crazy people. So did I do the right thing?? By not sayuing anything and quickly leaving area. Please dont be rude it is just I need to stay away from these people. I bought GTA chinatown and got HOOKED! but because im a bit nooooby i didnt know you are supposed to do other things then sell drugs and do missions. So how do i get 100% complete. How much percentage does finishing all the missions use. I have got gold metals for the fire and police truck oh and the taxi, and silver metals for ambulance. Resolved Question: Do I Have The Right To Be Miffed, Or Is It Pregnancy Hormones?

So the last few weeks my husband has been driving me nuts. First of all, I am 31 weeks pregnant with our second child (we have a 22 month old boy). Plus I have Hyperemesis Gravidarum...so I need to sleep and eat at the right times, or I puke...A LOT. Anyways, he has decided to compete in the Police And Fire Games approximately 16 days after our baby is due.... This involves him training twice a day, for about an hour each session. That's cool, but he refuses to work out before work, or after dinner, which makes scheduling dinner EXTREMELY hard. So I get to make dinner, and deal with a hungry and tired toddler while waiting for him to finish... Then last week he invited 20 family members to a BBQ, but went out the whole day so I did all the cleaning, prep and food prep!!! Then he came home and announced he was going to play road hockey while HIS guests would be here!!!! WTF, right,,, Then on Mother's Day I got a card, some ugly flowers (lilies...and he knows I hate lilies...). When we got home from seeing my mom, he said they had another present, but he wasn't happy how it turned out, so he was going to fix it. It was a picture frame with some photos of my son that had been printed off the computer...with our dying ink cartridge...and it still hasn't been 'fixed'. I just feel like poop. Like he really doesn't even care about me. He has been super cranky and tells me constantly how I make him cranky. He says I nag, but I am asking for help with things I can't do while pregnant. okay, look i'm 15 years old and im like a dude. my mom hates me in a way. im always inside my house because i cant go outside because my mom doesnt let me cause she hates me. because im a bit fat, she calls me fat names like if she hated me. When we are around other people she treats me nice and says stuff like im the best kid and all. but when were at home she treats me really bad, i mean common im a guy, but im actually scared. i wanted to commit suicide for this and all. i dont know if i should call the police because i really love my mom but she is just hates me. let me explain something that happen. i live in a ghetto area, and i failed algebra 1a, so i got stuck with it again, while i turned around two kids in front of me who wernt from that class lighted up my paper with fire, from those things that do it, i dont know what there called but yeah, well i got blamed for it that i lighted up my paper on fire and i was like "it wasnt me" she didnt belive me. after 3 days i get a letter from the police that i have to go to court because of trying to burn the school, when it wasnt me. well here comes my mom and hits me really hard, and she actually does make me cry, and i get hit for actually no reason, by the way im a very sensetive guy so do not expect this. i dont know what to do! please help me! i seriously dont want to call the police or be in a foster home! i really love my mom but, its just i cant handel her anymore. she gets me really depressed so bad, that i get addicted to online morpg games and i seriously wanna quit! but i cant go outside! and i sometimes just hate life for her! my dad doesnt live with me at all, and i have to sometimes visit him from california to chicago! and my mom doesnt buy me any clothes and when shes gonna wash she washes my brothers and sister clothes instead of mine, its because im a fat and my clothes is bigger. and also she is really cheap she wouldnt spend much money on us, and she would go to clubs and come home drunk, i didnt mention this but she is a alcholic and were scared of her because she drinks alot and when shes drunk she hits us more and me and my sister disgrace our mom but at the same time love her. Resolved Question: Need Advice...Drama & Child visitation issues?

My husband has a 5 year old (almost 6 year old) son. He has paid child support for him since he was 1&1/2 years old. The problem is with the child's mom. Her and my husband had a one week relationship (she planned to get pregnant for the $) and she has spent the past almost 6 years trying to make us miserable. They were never together..she didn't want to be with him (he was one of many, actually 8 that took paternity tests) She has done everything possible to make things difficult. In the beginning, we had visitation one day a week for a few hours. Then some holidays and every other weekend. We went along with that fine. Last year, we asked her about joint physical custody. We bought him clothes, toys, etc. even though she was getting child support. She agreed, afraid that we would take her to court because she was pregnant by a married state patrol officer. We got him every other week from Feb. up until May. She said that we were spending too much time with him and that he didn't love her anymore. The real reason was that it might affect her food stamps and income tax refunds. She did not allow us the two weeks visitation during the summer. We tried to get him during the month of July but she made sure she was nowhere to be found during the pickup time. We got two police reports from the incidents. She would not even comply with the police. The first week of August, we picked him up. He was screaming saying that he didn't want to go, mommy said all kind of bad things about daddy and that daddy had to go to court. We live 20 miles apart and she NEVER, not once brought him to our house. I have always picked him up myself and taken him back. The last visit, she informed me that I could no longer pick him up. She threatens us, calls & harrasses us (which is the reason she no longer has our phone number). She randomly shows up at our door to curse at my husband etc. She is not a fit mother to begin with. She lives with her parents, her father is a meth addict who gets daily shots & she is addicted to cocaine, does not have a job (had one recently but got fired for stealing), has no driver's license, has been in several car accidents with him in the vehicle ( no insurance). Believe me she has been reported to DFCS! They wont do anything. She was on drugs the whole time that she was pregnant with the baby she had in September 08. She has a charge on her for shoplifting & a marijuana charge. Since the beginning of the year, she has a new charge for stealing from the dollar store where she worked. We have not seen him in several months because of all of the drama. She tells everyone that he doesn't visit because of me and having to pay child support. She has no clue! What he pays is nothing. She was getting three times as much before she filed for it. That is what she is sooo mad about. She was greedy and it backfired. Honestly, we are just tired of being threatened and the games that are being played with a child. She called his mom yesterday (the first time this year) saying that "yall" can come to his pre-k graduation next Friday. Honestly, we love him and miss him very much. We want what is best for him. She has brain-washed him so that he doesn't even want to see us anymore. What kind of "mother" would even tell a child bad things about the other parent? We are torn whether we should just stay out of his life and let her be the "good" parent. I honestly do not know what to do anymore. It is killing us. We hoped that eventually she would grow up and realize what was best for her child. SO much for that. She has threatened many times to make him sign his rights away..I doubt she would because she wouldn't let the money go. He isnt signing his rights over by any means..We have been waiting for her to hang herself. We have talked to an attorney about custody..In the court circuit we live in, the judges will not award joint custody. Never have & until we get a new judge or she does something really bad.. I mean, what else is there for us to do? We have tried EVERYTHING! I know she loves him but she doesn't take care of him. She feels the child support payments are for her because she had him. I have had very vivid dreams three nights in a row. The first night: my drunk friend tried to drive my car and instantaneously hotwired it so that it ran on half gears when I pulled out the keys, he crashes into a plastic fort for kids being sold by an Ikea in a freeway tunnel (yes, that's pretty crazy), then I grab him and take over the steering wheel. We get to a party, I get questioned by the cops who suspect I'm drunk, they are going to administer a sobriety test, I'm wearing one shoe and ask to take it off for balance, the cop disappears, and I kneel before a computer kiosk terminal (in the backyard of the party place) where a displayed animation of a woman starts guiding me through the test. Second night: I am a woman. I go to my elementary school library, which has been modified to have 50 foot high ceilings. My purpose of being there is to compete in a competition in which two women are tied and suspended from the ceiling, in order to kick each other with heels like a game of chicken until one surrenders or becomes unconscious. The referee warns me about heels with knives in them, and I'm about to go up, and the dream ends. Third night: I am coming home from someplace relatively far away and have driven for hours. I am close to home, and about to get on a freeway, but the bridge of the freeway (made of steel girders) is on fire, and in the distance, an oil refinery is completely on fire. I decide to park my car at a local college and take the bus home. When I get on the bus, it becomes as bright as day, so I decide to go back and get my car. I see the spot where I parked and a police woman looking at the car, which had its window broken in. When I get close, I realize that it is not my car, much to my relief, and that instead my car has turned into a motorcycle. I don't think twice about this fact, and know a short cut to get onto the freeway and come home. I pull into the driveway of a corner house and get into a back alley and head down until a tunnel, located adjacent to the school. There are a lot of native american relics and things and I realize that it must be the college's drive through museum. Eventually the museum ends and it is just a normal tunnel, but after a couple of miles, the sides of the tunnel turn into a bunch of prison cells, complete with wall chains and intestines lying on tables. I realize some biker gang has its headquarters in this prison system, as I had read it in the newspaper, but I keep going, expecting to find the freeway. Instead, there is a brick wall. I envision myself running into the wall in hopes of breaking through, but I die and see myself lying on the floor in a pile of blood. After a moment, it cuts back to right before I make that decision and I turn the motorcycle around and head back out. However, now the biker gang (a bunch of muscular punks with green hair and excessively large skull earrings) are sitting in front of the jail cells, playing cards. They see me whiz by, get on their own bikes, and start chasing me. However, I realize that they are zombies (I don't know why, they just were). I go back the way I came, eventually get out of the tunnel on the road behind the house, the zombie biker gang catches up to me, and I wake up. Also, there was a reason I KNEW I was faster than the biker gang, and it caught me by surprise that I was caught. Soooooo, any ideas, other than I should stop eating burnt bacon before bed? more

I've been having weird thoughts lately about how my life here on earth just doesn't seem to matter anymore. It's like I'm wondering if all the stress I put myself through is really worth it in the end when I am dead and gone? About me: I am a white male, 23 years old, I am a college graduate and have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. I am married to a beautiful woman, 2/21/09 was the date.. The only way we got married was because of her income tax refunds since I've been un-employed since last August. My dad died close to two months ago due to sclerosis of the liver because of years of drinking alcohol. Our relationship wasn't the best, and it's obviously too late to make it better. I waited a whole year after I graduated from college to land a decent full-time job..... I enjoyed the work and thought I was learning fast and coming along strong, but a female co-worker made up lies about me and got me fired after three weeks of working. I feel I was racially discriminated against. I've been un-employed since August of 2008. I played football in high-school all four years and never earned a starting position until my final year, once I was named the starter, guess what? I broke my left ankle, so I decided to forget about sports and pack away any dreams I may have had of going pro one day. My wife and I are forced to live with my mom because we could not make it on our own since I have no job. Every time my wife gets paid, the check is gone either for a car payment or a cell phone bill. We had to let both of our health insurances go, sometimes we can't even pay car insurance. The only job is hers, and it's a part-time job at an afterschool daycare program ...averages about 20 hours a week, $9.00/hour, paid bi-weekly. She's been there for almost 2 years and hasn't gotten a raise. I've had a hand-full of job interviews recently but nothing ever comes from them, I just get beat around the bush for 2 weeks just to be informed they're not hiring anyone right now, or other applicants were more qualified. I know that's not true. He would never do that in the house where his mom would find him. He loved his mom very much. He had just gotten a new flat screen TV and $80 game. Resolved Question: My father forced me to commit fraud.?

What should I do about this situation? I had a brain tumour removed when I was 16 years old and ever since then I've made a lot of stuiped mistakes. When I was 18 I didn't have a job because my mother (who told me I was a piece of **** everyday) would not give me the 5 cents that I needed to print my resume off my home computer. When I was 19, I was in the states vacationing with my cousin. When I was 20, my father wanted me to go to china for 4 months to learn social skills because someone filed a false police report against me and and ruined my reputation at school through slander. When I was 21 my mother forced me to work as an engineer when I was an english major in university and I did absolutely nothign at work for 8 hours a day because I wasn't qualified for the job. The boss never fired me because my mother was in a high position there. So there I was 22 years old with no work experience and no education. My father forced me to lie and say I have an intellectual disability so that I can get special placement in jobs through employment access for people with disabilities. And then I wasn't doing well at my job as a secretary because I was making a lot of stuiped mistakes at work. I told my case manager (Mario who hates me) that my mother told me I was a peice of **** everyday and I wanted to quit my job because my father was too involved with my life. I wanted to move out of the house and go somewhere where he could not find me, did not know my boss or my work number, where I didn't need him to give me a ride to work. Then My father hid my resume and cover letter because he was afraid I would quit my job and try to find employment elsewhere and he slapped me when I asked him for my resume. HE says I'm too stuiped to find a job and I should be glad I found someone whose crazy enough to hire me. Then I called the employment access for people with disabilites, I told them that my father hid my resume and cover letter and I wanted to find a job before I get fired from my current posiiton because if I don't my father will force me to collect disability from the government and then I can never go to univeristy. Basically if I don't collect disability, he will kick me out of the house and I will be homeless. When I have on education, the best job i can hope for is a minimum wage job. AS well I want to get married, and it will be hard for me to find a husband if I do not have any money for dates, movie tickets, video games, bus tickets etc... This is the problem. When I call Mario to ask for my resume, he hangs up as soon as I tell him who called. Resolved Question: War and Taxation... is it simply Murder and Theft?

Just to make a few points of clarification. War is not the only way to solve disputes... we could, for example, simply remove our god damn military bases from their land... also known as deplomacy. And a standing military does not provide protection, it mearly incites war... just like the cold war, (they have 200 nukes so we should get 400 nukes [ignoring the fact that everyone would be dead anyways]). But to the point, is there a single difference in the slaughter of millions of people to a game of counterstrike? People seem to think war is some grand solution... no, war is a path favored by idiots hiding behind a desk if was was anything like chess, where our commanders often leave themselves in positions of vunerability... they would never declare it... after all, most wars end simply because everyone finally agrees that the past few years were stupid and that a truce should be made. So is war murder? Is the act of deliberatly sending brainwashed people to their deaths and ordering them to kill others murder? Is the act of brainwashing that occurs, the murder of their own spirit, their soul if you will, also murder? Is the act of exterminating a group of disgruntled people, or even those who wave a flag of peace, surrender, and ask for diplomatic solutions... murder? If war were sensible, then the actions surrounding war would also be sensible. Anyone, at any moment, can easily be killed. The methods of war are outdated, troop deployment only results in unnessicary casualties... If we have the capabilities of tracking a person via satalight, laser painting a vehicle from space, and launching a missile capable of dropping a single mine on said vehicle... why not do so? Why the extravagant proclaimations of war? If the goal in war is to kill a person... than KILL HIM, insurgent groups are more effective than this BullShit involving troops and beach heads. heres the story in a nut shell. i had my three of my guitars stolen from me recently. one of which was my fathers guitar that i recieved when he died when i was 13. that guitar meant the world to me as you can imagine. if my house ever set fire and their was one item i could save it wouldve been that guitar hands down. now, the thing is, im fairly sure who took it. my brother and his friend rich are pretty bad into drugs. theyre always looking for money and handouts. rich comes and goes as he pleases, eating our food, taking smokes when no ones paying attention. he's a scumbag to say the least. money, dvds, and my mothers pain medicine has gone missing too, but no one has ever caught them in the act(really though, who else would take it) now, rich has some knowledge of musical instruments being a musician himself. and nothing else of value was taken. not the tvs, computer, game consoles, nothing. they know how much that guitar meant to me, theyre not ******* stupid. my brother claims he has no idea what happened to it, and i havent gotten the chance to speak with rich b/c hes been banned from the house. its been about 2 weeks and the police have found nothing and neither have i. ive called and visited numerous pawn shops and second hand music stores and gotten no where. im coming to the conclusion, as much as it pains me to say, that ill never see my fathers guitar agian. what would you do? the easy answer is " id kill him" but where would that put me. id rather beat the **** out of him for the rest of his life but i havent seen him since. what would you honestly do in this situation? and do you think there is any hope of me getting my father's guitar back? the police already know my suspicions of my brother and his friend rich. i told them that they should question the two of them and if neccasary i would definatly press charges more

heres the story in a nut shell. i had my three of my guitars stolen from me recently. one of which was my fathers guitar that i recieved when he died when i was 13. that guitar meant the world to me as you can imagine. if my house ever set fire and their was one item i could save it wouldve been that guitar hands down. now, the thing is, im fairly sure who took it. my brother and his friend rich are pretty bad into drugs. theyre always looking for money and handouts. rich comes and goes as he pleases, eating our food, taking smokes when no ones paying attention. he's a scumbag to say the least. money, dvds, and my mothers pain medicine has gone missing too, but no one has ever caught them in the act(really though, who else would take it) now, rich has some knowledge of musical instruments being a musician himself. and nothing else of value was taken. not the tvs, computer, game consoles, nothing. they know how much that guitar meant to me, theyre not fucking stupid. my brother claims he has no idea what happened to it, and i havent gotten the chance to speak with rich b/c hes been banned from the house. its been about 2 weeks and the police have found nothing and neither have i. ive called and visited numerous pawn shops and second hand music stores and gotten no where. im coming to the conclusion, as much as it pains me to say, that ill never see my fathers guitar agian. what would you do? the easy answer is " id kill him" but where would that put me. id rather beat the shit out of him for the rest of his life but i havent seen him since. what would you honestly do in this situation? and do you think there is any hope of me getting my father's guitar back? more

Voting Question: We had to evacuate a store, but why and how should I know what happened?

Well this weekend on Valentine's Day around 9PM; Saturday(yesterday) Me and my family pulled up at the nearby Wal*Mart right after we shopped for shoes to buy keys, my brother stayed in the car because it's been a long day shopping & played his video game So we step in and my mom and sis go somewhere to some section and I stop to read a magazine (I usually don't stay with my parents when we shop because I ALWAYS roam around) 10 minutes right after we came in there was an announcement on the intercom but I didn't listen or hear what it said and then all the employees told everyone to "get out of the store" so most of the customers quickly walked out people were wondering whats going on, some were still in the checkout QUICKLY getting items scanned to pay; I didn't even know why we had to leave and I couldn't leave right away because I didn't know where my mom and sister were till I overheard them yell my name so HUNDREDS of people go through the exit door(something I usually don't see happen) and lots of people are scattered around the parking lot and lots of cars leave while some enter telling them the store is closed and there was police everywhere! The police were parked by the exits and customers were all over the parking lot at night. We get in the car and I watched whats going on and hear these people constantly cussing and see people leave and my mom decides to go to the other Wal*Mart(yes we have 2 wal*marts in our city) my brother who was in the car said he saw police coming in and lots of people coming out of the store. I was a little scared my adrenaline was rushing when we had to leave. At the other Wal*Mart however nothing happened just a typical shopping night, it was normal. So the question that's burning was what happened? Someone had a weapon, bomb threat, fire, poisonous gas, thief, someone got killed, or did someone broke up with someone on this Valentine's Day and that person killed him or her at the store? I didn't hear gunshots or screaming. I wonder what the emergency was? Should I have reported this to the news stations? because I wanted to do that except I lost my phone few weeks ago So what do you think had been the emergency and how should I know what it was? Should I contact that Wal*Mart I know I'm safe and made it out alive (whatever happened) and maybe I should ignore it but I have to know what happened! Also today we drove past that same Wal*Mart and it was opened (cars were parked in front of it as usual) so how should I know what happened? There is this girl WE ALL Hate named Jane. On Friday she played this prank on us and she also tried to steal my boyfriend. She kissed my boyfriend and made him touch her boobs 'n butt. I got angry so I went to her purse in the change room. I opened it and I saw her eye drops (she takes them after every game). I also saw nailpolish remover in her purse. I emptied the eyedrops, and i filled the bottle up with a BIT of water, and the rest nailpolish remover. I added water so the smell wouldn't be too strong. After class, I was sitting there pretending I was texting, but I was really recording Jane. Jane opened her purse and took out the eye drops. She carefully dropped it into one of her eyes, and then she started screaming like CRAZY! She was crying and screaming so much and she was like omfg call 911 call 911!! then she started putting water on her eyes and she screamed it hurts so much, it hurts so much!!!!! Everyone was freaking out and they didnt know what to do. i kept giggling so I left the change room. I was walking in the hallway and I was laughing so much. Then I went to the mall and when I was leaving the front door and ambulane and a fire truck came and a police car and i watched and the ambulance took Jane. WIll I get caught? Dear Sheriff *****, I called your department on Feb 6 and inquired about a parking situation at my school. I wanted to know what can be done to fix an ongoing problem. People were parked in fire lanes, on the sidewalk, and wherever they could find a spot close to the door. I had to wait until the game got over to get out because there was no way I could remove my vehicle from its spot. I spoke to who I believe was deputy ****** or deputy ******. Which ever one was near Rockford that Friday 2nd shift around 8:30pm. I am sorry if he misinterpreted the reason for my call. He told me that "School parking is not a law enforcement issue.” He then told me "You need to keep your nose out of other peoples business and you are overstepping your boundaries.” “We have had calls from you before about things and you need to mind your own business.” “I don’t know why people come to you for answers and concerns but you are overstepping your boundaries.” “I don’t go to where you work and tell you how to do your job do I?” (These other calls were about someone putting a bomb on a teachers front porch, and a vehicle doing donuts in the parking lot at the Rockford School and then continuing to park in the parking lot and smoke cigarettes underage.) The deputy asked me why teachers came to me to ask what can be done about these problems. The answer I gave him was that I am a CJ major and all of the teachers know what I have done with the CCPD and the NIACC criminal justice department and they look up to me. I am one that they come to for advice on law matters for the simple reason that I do know about law. I was hurt that the deputy responded to my call in this matter. It actually made me really upset the rest of the weekend because I just don’t understand why he doesn’t want me to report things like this. Chief ******* once told me, “How many police officers does it take to screw in a light bulb?” Oblivious to the answer or nature of the joke, I didn’t reply. His answer was this. “However many officers it takes.” His reason being, any call that the department gets will be answered like any other “call for service.” The way this deputy handled my call makes me hesitant to report anything again for fear that they will interpret me wrong and reply in the same manner. I did not call to insult your department. I did not insinuate that your department wasn't doing their jobs. I don't know what I said to make this deputy react in this matter. I am a criminal justice major and respect all law enforcement agencies. I was simply trying to find out how to alleviate a problem. Okay, I've played this game forever and I absolutely love it, but I just found something new and I want to find out what's past it, but it won't let me. Here's the deal: I was looking for the tag near the police station in Pershing Square when I found a little road that was partially blocked off by a barricade. I just took my motorcycle and went around the little blockade, but an officer approached me and told me to leave. I went a little farther and there was a little security room with another officer. He came out and they both pulled out guns on me and told me to leave. (Funny thing is, they didn't fire...at least not yet.) So I turned to leave the direction I had come and then, automatically, I got 3 stars on me. I didn't have any before that. Why did I get 3 stars? And why can't I go around that side of the precinct? Oh, yeah. And this has nothing really to do with my question, but does it piss you off when another car pushes you into a cop car and then you get a star just for hitting their damn car? I mean, seriously, I killed, like, 7 gang members WITH a cop car present, and as I was leaving a car pushed me into the cop car and THEN I got a star. What the f*** is that??? Voting Question: Is it legal to shoot someone who is trying to steal or burglarize your vehicle in an apartment lot in Texas?

If an individual is living in an apartment, with their car parked in the apartment parking lot, is that individual allowed to shoot someone who is attempting to steal, burglarize, or vandalize their car? I am aware of the Castle Law that allows you to defend yourself and property ON your property, however although the car is your property it is on the apartment parking lot which is not your property. most likley the police would not be able to respond in time, and it is in a high crime area (these are not children playing games) where these kind of crimes are common and where you can never be sure if the criminal is armed. As we move into the office, we hear and see Danny's history teacher Murray explaining to the principal, Dr. Sweeney, that Danny wrote a book report on Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf. As a result Sweeney informs Danny that he is now Danny's new history teacher. The class is called "American History X" and his first assignment is due the next morning: a paper about his brother, Derek, analyzing all the events leading up to Derek's incarceration and the subsequent impact on Danny's life. The next scenes are flashbacks explaining Derek's journey from a suburban white teenager to a vengeance-seeking white supremacist. Derek had already been influenced by his firefighter father's latent racism, and is driven to action when his father is murdered in a drive-by shooting; shortly afterward, he goes on an racial slur-laden tirade blaming blacks, Asians and Hispanics for his father's death, saying that most of the crimes in the country are race-driven. Instead of saying "affirmative action", Derek's father says, "affirmative black-tion." His father says that two black men were given positions as firefighters due to quotas even though weren't as qualified for the position as two white men, which endangered the whole firefighting team. Eventually Derek becomes second-in-command of the Venice Beach Neo-Nazi gang, "The DOC", and entices young whites to join by promising protection from predominantly minority gangs in the area. One night while Derek is in the midst of rough sex with his girlfriend Stacy and while Danny tries to sleep, three black men arrive on the lawn and break into Derek's truck. Danny interrupts the sex between Stacy and Derek to tell him about the scene outside. Brandishing a handgun, Derek exits the house and violently confronts the men, killing one and wounding another. He also fires on the third man who makes a hasty getaway in a car. After recognizing the wounded man as a player from the earlier basketball game, Derek kills him by ordering him to place his mouth on the curb and then stomping on the back of his head, breaking his neck (a curb stomping). Danny watches in horror, then witnesses his brother submitting to the police officers and smiling triumphantly, presumably because he feels no remorse for his actions. Meanwhile, Derek makes the acquaintance of a black inmate named Lamont while working in the prison laundry room. Although Derek initially scorns Lamont, he gradually warms up to him. Following the rape, his former teacher Dr. Sweeney pays a visit to the prison and Derek, now confused and distraught, asks him for help after all the atrocities he has committed. Sweeney, currently the school principal, informs him of his younger brother Danny's aspirations of becoming a Neo-Nazi just like Derek. He also confides in Derek that he himself used to hate white people as a youth, but he came to the realization that his racism was pointless. During perhaps the most pivotal scene in the film Sweeney asserts that Derek has spent his life pursuing answers, but Sweeney then askes Derek a question that soon changes the course of his life and future: "Has anything you've done made your life better?" I ask this because I currently work in a fundraiser office (hey its a job) I call people and ask them to give me money. One thing I have learned, it not to always tell the whole truth, I can't outright lie (our calls are recorded now) but can be as deceitful as we want to be. We only do police and fire drives in my office, so a person donating/pledging has nothing to fear. On the news this morning a judge in CA, ruled that all the names and businesses who provided funds that worked on Prop 8 will be made available to the public. People are concerned about having their names there. I know the game so I don't pledge a thing without doing my homework. Of the 20% of the population who do pledge, very few know what they are giving money to. My boss told me a story how a bet in the office raised $500 for the 'Headless Orphan Fund.' We never picked up the money, but people still wrote the checks. Jason, what I'm trying to get at here, is that I doubt 70% of the people who gave money, had any clue they were supporting Prop8. If I had been on that drive, not one person I spoke to would have heard a thing about Prop8. It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of people don't know they gave to this. I am 14 years old, and I live in a rich suburb outside a city. I live in a big house, and a lot of people think that my family is very wealthy, but honestly we do not have a lot of money, and that's where most of the problems start. My dad has had an addiction to alcohol for as long as I can remember, and he has been drunk all day since he got fired from his job 2 years ago. I can barely even remember what he's like when he's sober. On the other hand, my mother spends all of her time in her office, and when she does come downstairs she screams at me. She has repeatedly told me that I am fat, stupid, and ugly and she has even called the police when left because I just needed to get out of the house. Also, she got arrested last summer for hitting me and my dad, but he decided not to press charges (without even consulting me). My aunt has offered to let me come stay with her in Texas, but my parents refuse to let me because as my aunt puts it, "I am a pawn in their sick little game." When my mother called me all those names last year it really affected me and I stopped eating, and I had problems sleeping and I completely withdrew from everything I loved, which makes me think I might be depressed. My parents have hit me on several times, but they don't do it routinely, however they DO routinely put me down and I've felt suicidal for the last year and a half. I'm not really sure what to do because I am too young to be emancipated, and they will not let me go to Texas. I don't know how much of this I can put up with. But is that abuse? I used to play this game afterschool at one of my friends houses but i don't remember much about it. If you can help me out. It took place in the future and you were part of a police force. You walked around the city in your giant robot basically and i'm pretty sure it could transform into a car too. It was a lot like a transformer. You used your robot to shoot at enemies and the enviroment and progress through the level. It was a 3D view from the sky, with you looking down on yourself and everything around you. It was too player coop, and i think split screen, maybe not. After everything level you had the ability to upgrade your mech thing, Either adding new weapons, stronger fire power etc. It was really fun to play and i'd like to go back and play it again if anyone can help me figure which game it is. Voting Question: What Can I do about this incident?

I was not at the actual incident, but this is what I was told and wanted to know what we could do . My Husband and his friend ran into each other while both attending a re-hiring at a theme park. They got to talking and decided to go buy a video game at the nearest Wal-mart. They drove their separate cars down to the Wal-mart, but when they got there my Husbands friend had his cousin with him. My husband and his friend went to the electronics department while the cousin wandered off. They met up again at the front of the store. On their way towards the door they were stopped by an LP officer. He told the cousin that he had been following him(and on camera) around and saw him steal Trading Cards. Officer told him that if he gave them back, they would drop the charges. He gave the cards back to the LP guy, but then was asked to go with him to be taken to the back room. The cousin says to the LP guy, "What?", the LP officer screams "resisting arrest!" then tackles the guy against a wall and handcuffs him. My husband yells at the cousin saying" What the hell is wrong with you? I work at Wal-mart!" (Not at this location where it happened, but at another) A manager came by (who had reviewed the security tapes)and my husbands friend asked if he could talk to her. They were told to follow her, which was in the same direction the cousin was being taken to be detained. During this short walk to the back they were told that she had seen the tapes and did not see the two anywhere near the area where the incident happened. She asked them to wait there a moment and she would be back later. She disappeared and not to long after that the LP Guy comes back out with a police officer and was told they had to go to the back room. They were taken to the back room to have a talk with the PO and LP guy. They explained that they had nothing to do with the theft and that the manager lady already told them they were not seen near that area. The LP guy tries to tell my husband some bullshit that they were going to "charged as accessories to a robbery" (their words exactly), and although the charges were dropped, they would be sent a bill in the mail for the damages. At this point they had taken my husbands and his friends Drivers Licenses to take down info, so they had his address. Another manager had walked into the room and the LP guy starts gloating to her telling her " I caught three guys at once!" and then mentions to her that my husband worked at wal-mart. She walks up to my husband then says, "Terminated!" He yells at her saying he had nothing to do with it and she just keeps telling him over and over saying he was going to get fired. A third manager who watched all of this said that she would to my husbands district manager and try to explain that he had nothing to do with it. Altogether they were detained in the back room for about 1/2 hour . Well the incident WAS forwarded to his store manager, but was told that it was the District Managers decision . The store manager has gone on vacation, so he has no idea what his status is until he gets back. We plan to go back to the store today to get the number for THEIR District manager. As far as what happened ... what can we do about this bill we are supposedly are going to get, my husband being detained for something he didn't do, & the rude lady mocking him about termination. And if for some reason his DOES get terminated, what can he do about that? He does want to quit after all this happened, but at the moment we cant afford for him to lose his job, so we are not sure what to do if ti does happen. I dont see where you got that he interfered an investigation of a shoplifting. He did not stop the LP from searching the guy, did not stop the LP or Officer in any way from taking the cousin to the back, and went everywhere he was told to go. As I mentioned, my Husband works for Wal-mart. He is VERY familiar with shoplifting procedures and even talked with his store's LP guy and learned that the LP guy from the other stored did NOT follow procedures and that my husband was not supposed to be detained. my idea for the next batman film: stars the Riddler as a jigsaw (from the saw movies) type of character creating huge dangerous puzzle designs to save or brutally kill someone. in tone with the movies i think Ras al ghuls daughter would fit the bill to become catwoman recognizing Batman's style and technique she figures out that Batman was the man who killed her father and so swears revenge ( but doest know that the real batman is bruce). now comes the smart part. the Riddler is a genius and like bruce wayne comes from a rich bureaucratic family who is now so bored with money and wealth turns to murder for his thrills. the riddler know the identity of the batman and so has place himself in the firing line of gotham citizens (which gives him an endless supply of victims seeking the reward money) the police and the catwoman. during one sneaking attack the catwoman finds the riddler and knowing he knows who the batman is she strikes but the riddler catchs her and forces her to play his sick game. batman turns up and also gets caught and has to chose whether to save the catwoman or leave. he stays and finds out who she is and falls somewhat in love with her. unfortunately thats as far as i've got for an idea more
