i know its really early but halloweens my favorite holiday and plus i wanna get evrerything so im not rushing during the last week to find something. so ive been so many things already -witch -vampire - alice, from twilight - dead bride - cheerleader - dead cheerleader - little dead riding hood, and so on idk what i wanna be this year. i will prolly wanna do something creepy/scary especially if we do a haunted house again this year. so please help on ideas. im 15, 5' 1" im 87lbs have short (spiky in the back) brown hair, olive skin, and dark brown eyes. Okay so my best friend is turning 16 and for her Sweet 16, shes taking a group of 5 to Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando. I was invited and I want to go SOOOO bad. But, im so scary. Ok so it seems every year for Halloween I ALWAYYYS go overboard caus' i looove doing the make up and the costume, I guess it all started when I created a Dead Freak costume 3 yrs back... since then its been Sally from Tim Burton's The Nightmare before Christmas, then last year was The Grudge(my fav. to make)... Thanks for helping first of all. Im confused, every single time i comfort someone who is in a situation which requires comfort i will get told i can't do it. For Example, At a scary situation (Roller Coaster,Halloween Haunted House Etc) i told someone "everything will be all right" (me knowing well enough that the monsters are fake or the roller coaster won't kill us) However i've been told "no it isn't" and "how do you know"? In this kind of situation im at a lost at word HOW do i respond to that O_O. Im a caring guy and i try to do my best to ease the situation and of course i can explain to whoever it is LOGICALLY why. But i feel like i im not trustworthy in their eyes and it kinda hurts my feeling like im being doubted? I have no reason to believe i am untrustworthy seeing how i always do my best to appease everyone no matter what it is and live up to my words unless that person is just using me. Another thought on it is that the person is testing me to see how far am i willing to go to protect my beliefs. What is your input on this? By the way this is the same person that always say these things all my other friends will agree i am 100 percent trustworthy and reliable. P.S.: i met this person for only 3 months maybe thats why she doesnt believe me and even though she said those things that "no it isn't" (everything is going to be alright) she hung onto me when she was scared so i wouldnt say she thought i was totally unreliable seeing there was other people to choose to hang onto. First of all i am not a car sick person. But starting from yesterday, I am now. >.< I don't know what is going on, when i'm in the car i feel so sick and nauseated and wanted to vomit. I never had this problem before. My mom ask me what's wrong and I say I don't know. sometimes i feel kinda dizzy in my house too. But not to the point where I want to vomit. This was all started on Saturday morning. So I try my best to explain what happened the day before. On Friday which is Halloween, I went out with my friends to the haunted house. And no it is not scary. (don't know if that have anything to do with my motion sickness) Before we be able to get to the haunted house we been wandering around the free way for 3 hour because we get lost and can't find the direction. After going to haunted house we went to eat at a chinese restaurant. At the time i remember it was around 10:30 at night. I ordered a sprite and fried noodle and finished all. The sprite is cold and filled with ice. By the time we get out of the restaurant it was 1 am in the morning. At the time I do not feel sick or anything like that. I slept over at my friend house at 2:30 am. His windows is all closed and A/C was not on. I woke up next morning with dizzy head and stuffy nose also feels like my mouth is inflamed. I drunk some cold water before i go home. 1:30pm i went outside with my mom that's the time where motion sickness comes and I feel so sick in the car. Right now whenever i'm in a car i'll feel sick, dizzy and nauseated. This also happens' sometimes when im at home too. WHAT THE HACK! Please help me out guys I don't know what is wrong with me. I have school and ride the school bus I can't puke in the bus. Please do not ask me to go to the doctor. I got sick recently but it wasn't anything major. Just a cough and a runny nose and that was it until this morning. I woke up and my voice is raspy/husky. I've never lost my voice before so I'm not sure if this is what would be considered losing your voice. I think my voice could be like this because of being sick, but also on Tuesday me and some people went to one of those scary places for halloween where they have a haunted house and all that and I screamed my head off. Considering that it's Saturday, I'm not sure if I lost my voice because of that or not. It doesn't hurt to talk or anything, it just sounds funny. Any suggestions as to how to get my voice back quickly? I have to go to school on Monday and I don't want to go with my voice sounding like this. Thanks. I always feel like I have to just "go after" a guy. It makes life more interesting, and i'm looking for a boyfriend. Alot of girls dont have any options, but i'm so lucky to have 3. The problem is, theyre all great guys and I love all of them but.. Guy 1: I met him last summer and it was like love at first sight, I swear. Then when I found out he was going to my school, I thought I had no chance because there were girls ALL OVER HIM. But if he wanted to go out with me, I would totalllyyyyy go out with him. Guy 3: He is like my best friend, no joke. We just are soooo connected. We take care of eachother, talk to eachother all day then hang out for the rest of the day, do EVERYTHING together pretty much. His girlfriend just broke up with him after he asked her out 2 days before, so he turned to me to deal with it. And he knows that Guy 1 was kind of ignoring me last night. Also last night, I was holding his hand during the movie, cause it was scary and hes my bff, and he had his arm like wrapped around me. He makes plans for the both of us to hang out like on xmas and give eachother presents. Its so cute... i think ill always like him at least a little bit. Hi. Yesterday for the first time my friends and I ran a haunted house. It went pretty good (it was a Sweeney Todd theme), except for a couple groups that were totally filled with a-holes and jerks! They made fun of our accents, refused to play along and were completely rude to us, making commentss about everything. It was very frustrating because we worked hard. We tried to deal with them at first by asking them to leave if they wouldnt be respectful, and they wouldnt, so some of my friends lost thier tempers and stared cursing them out. I couldnt control them even though i was a tour guide. Anyway, we're doing it again next year, and if anyone has any tips on how to control completely rude and rowdy guests, that would be great!Also, if you have any suggestions for the theme next year, that would be awesome. Well today it's Halloween, so I went with my sister and her friends to the "very scary" haunted house, then we went to go trick-or-treating. After that it was time for everyone to go home, while we were on our way home I started touching her friend's leg, and she said she wanted to kick me in the balls so bad that she also said that she knows people who could kick my ass, but she didn't mention any so called "people". I was using very dark sarcasm when I talk with her, I even called her Halloween costume "whorish" then she punched me in the jaw, does she hate me? I mean "I'm never, ever sarcastic around her a whole lot". I would love to hear real-life ghost stories in honor of the day. Anyone have some that will make everyone's hair stand up? Here's the best one I have. I was watching tv after after a night out. It was around Halloween and the first episode of A Haunting (Discovery channel) I had ever come across was on. Probably started about 1 AM. Anyways, watching this episode, about a kid who starts acting really, really spooky and creepy after family moves into a new house (which used to be a funeral home, no less, like gurneys and freezers still in the basement, creepy!; after a while, I thought that this could be the 'true' story of the Poltergeist movie, very similar). Anyways, watching this, extremely intense, scared pretty good. Show leads into how two famous demonologists come to the house and tell the family something really bad is there, mostly in the basement (where that boy had his bedroom, of course). They agree to let some ghost hunters set up in their house while these two 'experts' try and set up some church-sanctioned cleansing of the house. So this team arrives (and meanwhile dishwater is turning to blood, dad's truck starts itself and crashes into his office, you know, scary crap) and set up. These people have been doing this sort of investigating for decades. They explain how this entity is growing stronger because of the fear it is feeding off of from the family and that it is holding open some sort of gateway to other nasty things. Long story short(er), one night a videographer is up monitoring the equipment when things go crazy on the instrument panel. He goes to the basement and opens the door only to be confronted by whatever it was there. Like I said, dude had been doing this for decades. Yet he slammed the door shut, woke everyone else up, told them all good luck, packed up and left. So, yeah, I was into. Probably didn't blink for 20 minutes at a time. Finally, show ends. I go to smoke a cig to calm down, lived at my mom's at the time. She has a ranch where the garage (which is where I was going) is off the kitchen, and right by the door to the basement. So I'm already a little edgy and always been a little weirded out in that basement. As I'm walking by, I kid you not, the smoke alarm went off! Not the chirp, chirp when the battery is low. Like there was an inferno downstairs. Not a thing. I swear the first thought I had was, "Watch. I'm going to go check and there won't be a battery in it." Fortunately, there was, but not a wisp of smoke to be found. I was so effing scared to go check things out. I think I smoked that cigarette in about 68 seconds once I finally got to it. You have any? Was she showing too much T&A for ya? I smoked in the garage with the door to the kitchen closed. I have a CD called Drew's Famous Haunted House Horrors with songs called chainsaw massacre, graveyard slaughter, & death awaits. Does this sound too scary to have playing outside when trick or treaters come. Here's the story: I wanted to do something fun for Halloween this year and my boyfriend said he did too. So I searched around and I found this really cool (or so I think) scary Halloween place with different haunted houses and things. I sent a link to the website to my boyfriend and told him about it. He said ok, sounds fun. I was really excited and I went all out creating a cute costume. He said he'll dress up to. So here's the annoying part: we were talking on the phone and he asked "What exactly are we going to be doing tomorrow?"
